I am the founder and director of Runa Learning Lab. With a decade of experience in participatory research and group process design, I build games and teach classes that support people navigate stress in their personal lives and at work using play-based methods. I am based in Curitiba, Brazil, on the lands of the Guarani, Kaingang, and Xetá peoples.
